Barbell Math (Mobile Web App)

One of my hobbies is weight lifting but as I get older and during a workout, all math functions in my brain are non existant. I needed something that could:

Given a 100% max weight, calculate a range of percentages of that weight for doing reps.
Figure out which plates I needed to load for a given weight.
Have an interface that can be read without reading glasses (large fonts).
Be flexible enough for various barbell weights.

I didn’t want to write a full on app for iOS & Android. I found that I could write a Progressive Web App. In a nutshell, its a web site that can be viewed as an app. You can use this web site on any web browser, you can also “Install” this to look like an app on your mobile phone. In your web browsers menu select “Install App”. This will create a psudo-app icon on your home screen.

App notes:

Javascript IS used.
Everything is stored inside of the HTML file.
No extra javascript/libraries are used.
No cookies are used but javascript localstorage is needed to persistantly store your barbell & last 100% weights.
All CSS/javascript code is entirely hand written by me.
